Director, Group FitnessMegan holds her certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. As a former All-American college lacrosse player and later as a coach, Megan's background and passion for fitness has led her to become one of Greater New York's most sought-after personal trainers. She pushes clients beyond their limits to prove that what they feel is impossible is indeed possible, and the results speak for themselves.
Megan is a two-time cover model for Women's Health, and has also graced the covers of Oxygen and Prevention magazines. In addition, she has been featured in Men's Health, Shape, Runners World, Fitness, Health, Self and Bicycling. Megan has been in ad campaigns for some of the most recognizable brands in the world, including Target, Under Armor, Lady Foot Locker, Sports Authority and Ecco. She has also appeared in commercials for Nike and CSX, and hosted web videos for Shape and Prevention.
Most recently, Megan lent her training expertise to Rodale Publishing and Women's Health for their most recent fitness DVD collection. She designed and hosted their Slim, Calm, Sexy workout video (Feb 2012).
Director, Client RelationsCat is a graduate of The Fashion Institute of Technology, which launched her into the world of high-fashion and events planning from the very start of her career. As an award-winning special events manager at Condé Nast Publications, Cat's attention to detail and ability to provide outstanding service to multiple departments within the organization made her a beloved asset to the team. But even that could not keep her from her real passion for wardrobe styling and advising on ways to look and feel beautiful inside and out.
Cat went on to launch Cat's Style, an image consulting and personal shopping business. Her undeniable patience, life-long love affair with healthy living and overall style, and ease for maintaining long-lasting relationships has earned her the position as Director, Client Relations at Oxygen.
Cat treats working with Oxygen members much like her consulting and personal shopping clients. Everyone deserves to feel valued and to receive the best possible customized service. Her lovable, charismatic personality will no doubt attract Oxygen members who will appreciate working with her and gaining from her full knowledge for what Oxygen has to offer.
Director, YogaCasey's focus on the spiritual and physical aspects of yoga, with an emphasis on mindful and intelligent vinyasa sequencing, make her classes creative, challenging, and genuinely fun. Her down-to-earth demeanor and sense of humor enable her students to invigorate both the physical and subtle bodies, and ignite a true passion from within. Casey's favorite part about her teaching, aside from seeing bodies transforming with the breath, is witnessing her students develop confidence and pride for their practice.
Casey spent a majority of her early years as a dancer, both as a teacher and a performer. She graduated from the University of Kansas, where she was on the Dance Team, and later spent seven years teaching for the Universal Dance Association. She served as a choreographer and judge for the ESPN National Dance Team Championships, and performed with New York's Off Center Dance Theatre in addition to various other choreographers and dance companies.
A knee injury lead Casey to yoga and quickly the practice became her passion. Casey started her yoga career as a Senior Teacher at Be Yoga/Yogaworks in NYC, where she completed the 500-hour training under the direction of Alan Finger. She has also completed her Advanced Teacher Training with Lois Nesbitt in Anusara Yoga and the Saraswati Yoga Joint Training. Little unknown facts: Self magazine called on Casey to be the 'yoga expert' for celebrity Julie Bowen's photoshoot! Casey is currently an Ambassador for Lululemon in Greenwich, CT.
Jennifer's yoga classes appeal to athletes of all ages and abilities, placing an emphasis on flexibility, increasing range of motion and most importantly, connecting with the breath. A graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and an emphasis on Athletic Training, she played collegiate golf for SDSU and grew up downhill racing the mountain slopes of Lake Tahoe, California.
Jennifer discovered how yoga improved the physical and mental aspects of her varied athletic pursuits and also offered the ability to prevent and recover more quickly from muscle fatigue and injury. Her RYT-200 certification by Yoga Alliance was completed with Yoga Tropics in San Diego. Jennifer's RYT-500 certification by Yoga Alliance was completed with Soul of Yoga in Encinitas, California.
Jeimy is a registered licensed physical therapist, licensed Zumba fitness instructor, chosen to be one of the presenters at the Zumba instructor convention since 2012, certified weight trainer, certified spinning instructor, MMA fighter, dancer and looking forward to also becoming certified in Barre. With 10 years of experience in orthopedic rehab as well as home care, Jeimy is constantly challenged to improve the quality of life of her patients with the goals of pain reduction, aging support and individualized targeted goals of patients suffering from musculoskeletal injuries including trauma, spine and back, total joint replacement and sports medicine.
With her infectious personality, Jeimy has a great passion for dancing and fitness. Using her understanding of the body to minimize risk of injury, she is always looking for ways to bring the X factor into a workout leaving members feeling exhilarated for the ultimate O experience! Her goal is to help you become a better version of yourself with her upbeat workouts leaving you with a positive mindset!
Adam Colberg is an accomplished professional boxing coach from NYC's legendary Gleason's Gym. Adam Colberg has been featured in/on MTV, NBC, HBO, Healthy Life, Westport & Serendipity Magazine, among other projects. Colberg has trained world champions, NFL members, pro MMA talents, entertainment personalities, wall-street moguls, men, women, and children.
Colberg is an ISFTA Sports/Fitness Trainer, Pro-Boxing Coach, CPFC Fitness Chef, Fitness/Boxing Media Expert, and former U.S. Marine. Colberg has also earned three black belts in various martial arts disciplines. He achieved his Bachelor's in Health & Society at the University of Connecticut after making a call of duty with the U.S. Marines, in Operation Desert Storm.

Donavan is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and a certified ACE and IFA personal trainer. With over 15 years personal trainer experience and as a sought-after kickboxing instructor, Donovan understands the benefits of a healthy, physical lifestyle and desires to educate others as his teachers did for him. He holds a black belt in jiu-jitsu, a martial art, combat sport, and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. He is also currently a practitioner of Krav Maga, a noncompetitive self-defense system developed in Israel that involves boxing, muay Thai, jiu-jitsu, wrestling, and grappling techniques, along with realistic fight training.
His loyal following has proven he has set the bar in giving clients both an extremely challenging workout while simultaneously evoking excitement, confidence and a desire to be better.
Donovan lives by his mantra, "Your body is just a body until you make it a temple." Don't be fooled by his genuine, kind persona he is a bulldog when it comes to getting his clients fit and motivated! Little tidbit: Donavan trains Dr. Oz!
Abi's passion for movement stems from her background in classical ballet. Her performance career began when she was 16, having performed with various professional dance companies throughout the Northeast. She began teaching Barre classes in 2006 at the well-known Exhale Spa, and earned her yoga teacher certification in 2013 (through Exhale). She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and a faculty member at Connecticut Ballet Center. Her classes are challenging and creative, focusing on the mind/body connection to strengthen her students inside and out.
Kari has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years beginning as a Division 1 athlete in college, then making the transition to Group Fitness through various fitness techniques and trainings. After receiving her BA in both Psychology and Sociology, she quickly changed focus and was voted as Instructor of the Year in the Greater New York area two years in a row and was featured in the fitness segments of Good Morning America, Good Day New York and Fox 5 New York featuring her unique style of training which comes from a combination of over 20 fitness certifications.
Her dynamic perspective and impressive certifications allow Kari to create classes and routines for any participant from novice to elite; no matter what your level of fitness, Kari can push you to limits that you never thought you could achieve with her unparalleled motivational tactics and motto "if you have the power and faith to believe it, you have the strength and ability to achieve it". Kari is also a certified coach in the State of CT and on the State Championship coaching staff of the Darien Blue Wave Field Hockey team which has captured 6 titles in 7 years and held the longest winning streak of any high school team in history.
PJ is one of the most sought after personal fitness coaches/trainers in the greater New York and CT area. He has made appearance on Good Day New York, Good Morning America, Fox 5 and Local 12 news and has modeled for Nike, ECA World Alliance and New York Sports Club.
PJ's certifications and specialties include but are not limited to: ACE, AFAA, TRX Suspension Training, Kettlebell, Schwinn Cycling, Reebok Cycling, MadDogg Spinning, BodyBar, BodyPump, Reebok Slide, Reebok Step and Thomas the Promise Kickboxing. He currently runs the strength and conditioning program for the State and FCIAC Championship Blue Wave Field Hockey Team and the FC United Field Hockey Premier Club Team.
From a young age, Tricia has always been passionate about fitness and healthy living. Throughout her life, she has been active in dance, soccer, softball, golf, tennis, skiing and track and field. She continues to challenge herself today in both group and individual athletics.
After graduating from Villanova University, Tricia came to New York City and worked in the finance industry at Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan as an institutional portfolio manager. However, after six years in finance, Tricia decided to follow her passion for fitness and wellness leading her to a new career as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.
Tricia is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Tricia currently trains clients in New York and Connecticut as an independent trainer, and continues to teach indoor cycling and group fitness classes. She combines her knowledge of the demanding business lifestyle with her passion for fitness to help clients achieve their goals and reach their fullest potential!
Patty's high energy, enthusiasm and creativity help to make her one-of-a-kind classes unstoppable. Teaching fitness for over 30 years, Patty keeps members moving with high intensity intervals using all different types of equipment including BOSU's, steps, jump ropes, weights and gliders or just body weight.
In addition to her heart pumping classes, Patty combined her love of fashion and fitness into her store, LV2BFIT, in both Armonk and Rye Brook, New York. LV2BFIT clothes and accessories are also sold at Oxygen.
For the past 10 years, David Pavlus has an unparalleled passion for health and fitness. He embarked on his career working alongside a sports medicine group, where he trained a variety of individuals whose needs and abilities ranged from post-surgical patients to professional athletes.
He now specializes in functional movement training, sports conditioning, kettle bell training, TRX Suspension Training and post-rehabilitation. He will push you to achieve your fitness goals and ensure it is done in a safe, healthy, and fun manner.
