Teaching group fitness classes and personal training for over 10 years, Maurice was drew from his background in martial arts, boxing, football, powerlifting, bodybuilding and dance to create a unique class format that he calls Superhuman. Using powerful and upbeat music along with motivational messages, Maurice looks to create an experience for his clients that leaves them both physically exhausted and mentally inspired.

Danny Peloquin

Developing a passion for fitness as a teenager, Danny’s goal is to ensure his clients wil have an effective and pain free workout. While diagnosing and correcting muscular imbalances, he can also apply a variety of functional movement patterns and program tactical workout plans. Danny incorporates different types of equipment like kettlebells and sandbags while providing clients with proper mobility drills and an eye on body mechanics. During both his training sessions and classes, he also emphasizes recovery and nutrition as vital pieces of living a healthy lifestyle.

Jamal Beau

Personal Trainer and Youth Trainer , Fit in 30, O Bootcamp and Ringside Circuit

Jamal holds his certification as a personal trainer from the American Aerobic Association International/Sports Medicine Association. A California native, he has always had a drive for fitness. As a young boy, he worked side by side with his grandfather Jimmy Beau, a Professional Boxer from Harlem, New York and also a long time resident of New Canaan, Connecticut.

Jamal specializes in personal training, youth and teen fitness, kickboxing, life wellness and holistic health.

Jamal has worked with a range of clientele including but not limited to athletes, children, seniors, people with various disabilities. His goal is to design workout programs that are fun, safe, effective and efficient so that you stick to the program for the long haul.

Jennifer Buckman


Jennifer’s yoga classes appeal to athletes of all ages and abilities, placing an emphasis on flexibility, increasing range of motion and most importantly, connecting with the breath. A graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and an emphasis on Athletic Training, she played collegiate golf for SDSU and grew up downhill racing the mountain slopes of Lake Tahoe, California.

Jennifer discovered how yoga improved the physical and mental aspects of her varied athletic pursuits and also offered the ability to prevent and recover more quickly from muscle fatigue and injury. Her RYT-200 certification by Yoga Alliance was completed with Yoga Tropics in San Diego. Jennifer’s RYT-500 certification by Yoga Alliance was completed with Soul of Yoga in Encinitas, California.

Tim Burke

CrossFit Coach

Spending his whole life as an athlete and playing sports through high school and college left Tim with a competitive attitude. Seeking out a challenging, goal setting workout regimen, brought him to CrossFit, and he was immediately hooked. This type of workout required practicing technical moves as well as strength, athleticism, agility, and coordination which only enhanced Tim’s excitement for the workouts and lead him to leaving his former occupation and becoming a CrossFit coach. Tim thinks being able to teach, coach and motivate people to better themselves both mentally and physically is an honor. CrossFit is a community driven program encouraging members to motivate those around them, creating a family atmosphere with positive competition. Everyone is welcome no matter their athletic ability. Seeing a smile on members’ faces when they get their first pullup or pull a heavy deadlift is what makes it all worth it. Tim appreciates knowing he’s helped people achieve their goals!

Pam Campbell

Strength HIIT

Pam has been a fitness professional for 20 years. Starting with group training to extending her knowledge to wellness coaching, rehab, weight loss, and figure competitions. Pam is a graduate of UMASS Amherst with a degree in exercise science.

In 2010, she received her Institute of Integrative Nutrition Certificate and recently acquired a 200 hour yoga teacher training, which all makes Pam a well rounded fitness professional. Both her clients’ and her own injuries have helped Pam to become more educated in rehab and making the body strong to perform daily life functions without pain. Pam was a bit overweight as a child, and thru her own journey and education has become well versed in safe and effective weight loss programs.

Jeimy Canosa


Jeimy is a registered licensed physical therapist, licensed Zumba fitness instructor, chosen to be one of the presenters at the Zumba instructor convention since 2012, certified weight trainer, certified spinning instructor, MMA fighter, dancer and looking forward to also becoming certified in Barre. With 10 years of experience in orthopedic rehab as well as home care, Jeimy is constantly challenged to improve the quality of life of her patients with the goals of pain reduction, aging support and individualized targeted goals of patients suffering from musculoskeletal injuries including trauma, spine and back, total joint replacement and sports medicine.

With her infectious personality, Jeimy has a great passion for dancing and fitness. Using her understanding of the body to minimize risk of injury, she is always looking for ways to bring the X factor into a workout leaving members feeling exhilarated for the ultimate O experience! Her goal is to help you become a better version of yourself with her upbeat workouts leaving you with a positive mindset!

Adam Colberg

Trainer, Boxing

Adam Colberg is an accomplished professional boxing coach from NYC’s legendary Gleason’s Gym. Adam Colberg has been featured in/on MTV, NBC, HBO, Healthy Life, Westport & Serendipity Magazine, among other projects. Colberg has trained world champions, NFL members, pro MMA talents, entertainment personalities, wall-street moguls, men, women, and children.

Colberg is an ISFTA Sports/Fitness Trainer, Pro-Boxing Coach, CPFC Fitness Chef, Fitness/Boxing Media Expert, and former U.S. Marine. Colberg has also earned three black belts in various martial arts disciplines. He achieved his Bachelor’s in Health & Society at the University of Connecticut after making a call of duty with the U.S. Marines, in Operation Desert Storm.

Rachel Darden


Rachel earned her certificate in Personal Fitness Training through North Carolina State University’s Office of Professional Development. She is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, Schwinn Certified Cycle Instructor, and TRX Instructor. Rachel understands the value of mental toughness as it relates to making the body perform and overcome. She uses her own life experiences as motivation to help her clients reach their fitness goals in a safe and efficient manner. In the group setting, Rachel works hard to ensure that clients of all fitness levels are not only welcome, but pushed to their own personal limits.

Julie Deery


Julie has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. She completed her 200 Teacher Training Certificate at Saraswati’s with Tracy and Mitchel Bleier, and Donna Jackson. She actively continues her training with Rodney and Colleen Yee, attending workshops and classes that focus on alignment, pranayama, sequencing, and movement.

Julie leads a compassionate, creative, and well rounded vinyasa flow class with a focus on proper alignment, balance, flexibility, and having fun! Her classes are often infused with a poem or reading from one of her favorite authors (Mary Oliver, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Pema Chodron), to interweave the physical practice with a touch of spirituality. She strongly believes yoga to be a personal, uplifting experience to strengthen, empower, and peacefully integrate the mind, body, and spirit.

Lindsay Durfee


In Lindsay’s class you will find lightheartedness and humor as you work through your Asana practice. She emphasizes attention on correct alignment and breath, all while leading you through a creative and challenging Vinyasa practice. She enjoys playing music that inspires you to expand your bodies while also expanding your breath and mind. Lindsay will always keep her students focus on the life changing principles that yoga has to offer and encourage her students to take their yoga off of their mats and into their everyday lives. Lindsay has been practicing yoga since 1995, completing her 500 hour teacher training in 2000. She was introduced to it at a time when she needed some clarity and quiet in her life. She fell in love instantly and has never turned back from this practice that gives her exactly what she needs every time she steps onto her mat.

Megan Hoffman

Megan holds her certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. As a former All-American college lacrosse player and later as a coach, Megan’s background and passion for fitness has led her to become one of Greater New York’s most sought-after personal trainers. She pushes clients beyond their limits to prove that what they feel is impossible is indeed possible, and the results speak for themselves.

Megan is a two-time cover model for Women’s Health, and has also graced the covers of Oxygen and Prevention magazines. In addition, she has been featured in Men’s Health, Shape, Runners World, Fitness, Health, Self and Bicyling. Megan has been in ad campaigns for some of the most recognizable brands in the world, including Target, Under Armour, Lady Foot Locker, Sports Authority and Ecco. Kari Johns

Kari has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years beginning as a Division 1 athlete in college, then making the transition to Group Fitness through various fitness techniques and trainings. After receiving her BA in both Psychology and Sociology, she quickly changed focus and was voted as Instructor of the Year in the Greater New York area two years in a row and was featured in the fitness segments of Good Morning America, Good Day New York and Fox 5 New York featuring her unique style of training which comes from a combination of over 20 fitness certifications.

Her dynamic perspective and impressive certifications allow Kari to create classes and routines for any participant from novice to elite; no matter what your level of fitness, Kari can push you to limits that you never thought you could achieve with her unparalleled motivational tactics and motto “if you have the power and faith to believe it, you have the strength and ability to achieve it”. Kari is also a certified coach in the State of CT and on the State Championship coaching staff of the Darien Blue Wave Field Hockey team which has captured 6 titles in 7 years and held the longest winning streak of any high school team in history.

PJ Johns

PJ is one of the most sought after personal fitness coaches/trainers in the greater New York and CT area. He has made appearance on Good Day New York, Good Morning America, Fox 5 and Local 12 news and has modeled for Nike, ECA World Alliance and New York Sports Club.

Casey McBride

Director, Yoga

Casey’s focus on the spiritual and physical aspects of yoga, with an emphasis on mindful and intelligent vinyasa sequencing, make her classes creative, challenging, and genuinely fun. Her down-to-earth demeanor and sense of humor enable her students to invigorate both the physical and subtle bodies, and ignite a true passion from within. Casey’s favorite part about her teaching, aside from seeing bodies transforming with the breath, is witnessing her students develop confidence and pride for their practice.

Casey spent a majority of her early years as a dancer, both as a teacher and a performer. She graduated from the University of Kansas, where she was on the Dance Team, and later spent seven years teaching for the Universal Dance Association. She served as a choreographer and judge for the ESPN National Dance Team Championships, and performed with New York’s Off Center Dance Theatre in addition to various other choreographers and dance companies.

A knee injury lead Casey to yoga and quickly the practice became her passion. Casey started her yoga career as a Senior Teacher at Be Yoga/Yogaworks in NYC, where she completed the 500-hour training under the direction of Alan Finger. She has also completed her Advanced Teacher Training with Lois Nesbitt in Anusara Yoga and the Saraswati Yoga Joint Training. Little unknown facts: Self magazine called on Casey to be the ‘yoga expert’ for celebrity Julie Bowen’s photoshoot! Casey is currently an Ambassador for Lululemon in Greenwich, CT.

Tricia Nisenson

Personal Trainer, Cycle, and Body Camp

From a young age, Tricia has always been passionate about fitness and healthy living. Throughout her life, she has been active in dance, soccer, softball, golf, tennis, skiing and track and field. She continues to challenge herself today in both group and individual athletics.

After graduating from Villanova University, Tricia came to New York City and worked in the finance industry at Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan as an institutional portfolio manager. However, after six years in finance, Tricia decided to follow her passion for fitness and wellness leading her to a new career as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.

Tricia is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Tricia currently trains clients in New York and Connecticut as an independent trainer, and continues to teach indoor cycling and group fitness classes. She combines her knowledge of the demanding business lifestyle with her passion for fitness to help clients achieve their goals and reach their fullest potential!

Noel Rosenstein

Noel has been teaching group fitness since 1997. Noel specializes in barre type classes which are designed to promote muscle strength and lengthening, while simultaneously improving balance. Noel’s formal education background includes a dual masters in nutrition/education. Prior to her career in group fitness, Noel worked in both health care and corporate nutrition sector (a registered dietitian) for over 10 years. “My philosophy throughout my career remains the same, a health lifestyle by balancing informed nutrition with exercise, and most importantly having fun in the process.”

Jennifer Collins

O Barre

A Barre devotee since she was 18, Jennifer has a background in fitness as well as nutrition and has been a barre instructor for 10 years. Jennifer focuses on very small repetitive movements to exhaust the muscles and lengthen and tone for a long, lean look. The classes are fast paced and fun as well as intense. The goal of each class is to have the clients feel better about themselves, to work hard and have fun!

Mitsy Willard


Always having a passion for playfulness and movement, Mitsy was introduced to yoga in school at a young age in India. Born and raised in Goa, India, she was introduced to Ayurveda which led her to the discipline of Ashtanga yoga before evolving further into her Vinyasa practice. Her love of yoga is deeply connected to her spirituality, passion for the mind and body union through movement, strength, challenge and being open and curious about life.
